The majority of our rental gear is Canadian!

  • Rental bookings of 3 bikes or more require a reservation be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare the bikes/gear as well as a 50% deposit of the rental fee to secure the bikes/gear & date.

  • We accept reservation deposits via e-transfer to info@countycycle.ca (automatic transfer enabled).

  • Please note: deposits are non refundable and rentals are considered “rain or shine” once they have been booked.

  • You’re more than welcomed to simply show up and rent bikes without a reservation but please expect wait times as they’re prepped for you. Bikes/gear must be picked up and dropped off during business hours unless other special arrangements have been made.

  • Each rider must be over the age of 18, hold a form of government ID, and must fill out an individual liability release form upon rental pick up.

  • “1/2 day” rental period is considered 4 hrs. “1 day” is considered 8 hrs.

  • We do not accept pick ups or drop offs outside of our business hours.
