Return Policy:

Please return item/s with receipt, within one month of original purchase date, unused, in original & re-saleable packaging - by manager's approval for store credit.  Store credits & gift certificates must be used within one transaction - balances do not carry over.  All apparel, helmets, bikes, child carriers & discounted items are final sale. Deposits on special orders are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a transaction fee on circumstantial refunds.

Further Terms & Conditions:

Warranties are to be filled out in full by the owner of the product & sent to the manufacturer - County Cycle does not assume the responsibility. Warranty claims carried out by County Cycle on behalf of the owner of the product, will incur a nominal service charge. Bicycles/items that are not picked after 3 months will to subject to storage fees. County Cycle is not liable for bicycles/items that are not picked up after 6 months.  County Cycle is not liable for any bodily injuries incurred from misuse or malpractice of any products it sells or repairs.
