Returns & Refunds Policy

As an independent small business operating in a big-box retail environment, we appreciate your understanding that in-store purchases are eligible for store credit only.

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt

  • Must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date

  • Items must be unused, in original, re-saleable packaging

  • All in-store returns are subject to manager approval

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only

Web Store Purchases

  • Returns are by approval only

  • Items must be unused, in original, re-saleable packaging

  • Must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Please contact us to initiate the return before shipping any items back

Final Sale Items (No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges)

The following items are final sale, for both in-store and web purchases:

  • Apparel

  • Helmets

  • Bicycles

  • Child carriers

  • Discounted, sale, or take-off items

  • Special order items

Additional Conditions

  • Deposits on special orders are non-refundable

  • Special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

  • We reserve the right to charge a transaction or processing fee on circumstantial refunds

  • Returns showing signs of use, installation, or damage may be refused


Shipping, Warranty & Liability Terms

    • Web store shipments may require a signature upon delivery

      • Customers have the right to refuse accepting visibly damaged packages

      • If accepting delivery, any damage must be noted with the courier at time of signing

    • Warranty claims must be completed in full by the product owner and submitted directly to the manufacturer

      • County Cycle does not assume warranty responsibility

      • Warranty claims processed by County Cycle on the customer’s behalf may incur a nominal service fee

    • Bicycles or items not picked up in a timely manner may be subject to storage fees

    • County Cycle assumes no liability for bicycles or items left unclaimed after 3 months

    • County Cycle is not liable for bodily injury or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines on any products sold or serviced
