Order Processing

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup

  • Processing times do not include weekends or statutory holidays

Store Pickup

  • Pickup hours:

    • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid identification at pickup

Rental Delivery

  • Delivery is available for full-day or longer rentals

  • Service area: within 40 km of County Cycle

  • Must be requested a minimum of 48 hours in advance

  • Delivery fees vary — please contact us for a quote prior to booking

Shipping & Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping (Canada Only)

  • Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days via major couriers

  • $20 flat-rate shipping on standard orders within Canada

  • Oversized items (such as car racks, wheels, child seats/trailers, and indoor trainers, etc.):

    • $40 flat rate within Ontario

    • $70 flat rate for the rest of Canada

Delivery Notes

  • Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery

  • Customers may refuse visibly damaged packages before signing

  • If accepting delivery, any damage must be noted with the courier at time of delivery

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not ship complete bicycles

  • We currently ship within Canada only

  • Oversized items are exempt from free $250 order shipping terms.
